How long does placement take? +
Typically 2–4 weeks from kickoff to your first candidate interviews. You'll meet with about 3–4 pre-vetted candidates, make your selection, and choose a start date.
What if the hire doesn't work out? +
Every placement includes a replacement guarantee. If the fit isn't right within the first 60 days, we go back through the process at no additional fee.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +
No. ISA runs on month-to-month terms. We earn your business every month. We believe that long-term contracts mask problems — so we removed them. If you're not happy, you can leave. That keeps us accountable.
Can I meet candidates before committing? +
Absolutely. You interview about 3–4 pre-vetted candidates and you make the final selection. We prep you on what to look for in each interview. You're never committed until you've chosen who you want on your team.
