How long does the full process take? +
From kickoff call to your first candidate interviews typically takes 2–4 weeks. Persona development takes a few days, sourcing and vetting takes 1–2 weeks, and then you schedule interviews on your timeline. Most clients have someone starting within 30–45 days of kickoff.
What does the kickoff call look like? +
A 60-minute deep dive with one of our Talent Strategists. We cover your business, the role, your team dynamics, past hiring challenges, and what success looks like 90 days in. We leave with everything we need to build your Ideal Hire Persona.
How many candidates will I see? +
Typically 2–3. We don't send you 20 resumes to sort through. Every candidate you see has passed our full screening. Your job is to assess fit and preference — not filter a stack of maybes.
What happens on day one? +
ISA facilitates the onboarding introduction. We make sure your new hire has everything they need from our side (equipment, HR setup, payroll enrollment). You handle the role-specific onboarding and access provisioning. We stay in close contact during the first 30 days.
Do I manage the hire directly? +
